Terrible experience from a deceitful company. The items I ordered were shipped from either Asia or the USA (customer support gave conflicting information.) This "family-owned Canadian startup" with "sustainability is at the heart of everything we do", is clearly just steeply marking up items and drop-shipping them across the world - which is TERRIBLE for the planet - and deceiving customers who are trying to support Canadian small businesses.
