My first order was delivered to a wrong address. The delivery information was quite clear it was not delivered to a residential address which would be me, yet customer service wanted me to the chasing around to find it. I had no clue how to even do that and our Post Office is quite difficult to get in to and I am disabled. Finally a 2nd pair was sent and it was delivered with no problem.
