I placed this order because I was told it would be delivered by the following week after the order date. However, by the day before the expected delivery date, I had not received any shipping confirmation, and no one responded to my emails. I tried to cancel the order by email and phone, but I received no response. Then, I suddenly received a notice that the shipment had started. I sent several more emails, but no one responded before the delivery arrived, so we had to refuse the delivery.
