I have been using the Tyme Iron for over 10 years, and it is the only tool that consistently holds a curl in my thick hair. I truly love the product itself, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service. If you need to return something they will make you pay for the return shipping and the original shipping even though you are returning due to a reason caused by them. The company, however has no problem inconveniencing the customer to take time and spend gas to ship back, etc. when the company is the one that makes the mistake.

I contacted customer service 7 days after receipt. the item did not contain an invoice. i had no way of knowing that there is a 5 day cancel policy. should not be so strict, as there is nothing else I would want to buy from this company other than the iron.
