Very, very impressed with how quick it was delivered, the ease of putting it together and how well it performs. Very happy we purchased the leg extension machine.

Shipped quickly, but the ground freight company you use is not user-friendly. The tracking number goes to their site, but doesn't tell you anything except it is in transit. The small box through Amazon arrived days before the large package. I called the company to try and get an idea of where it was, delivery-wise. Then, at 11:39 PM on a Saturday night, it gets dropped on my doorstep without any notice; it was out for delivery or even in my town.

Distribution/inventory and customer service not aligned. Was told it would be a 15 day wait period before the part I needed could be shipped out, then told it would be out ASAP. Not an issue that it is coming sooner than expected but seems like that would be something that should have organizational alignment
