Issue with Missing Items
I recently encountered a significant issue with my kit for a course I am enrolled in. Unfortunately, several essential items were missing, specifically the classic lashes that are crucial for completing my training.
Lack of Investigation
Despite reaching out for assistance, I was informed that they would not investigate the matter because it had been more than 12 days since I received the kit. This policy is incredibly frustrating, as it leaves me unable to finish my course due to circumstances beyond my control.
Financial Burden
As a result of this situation, I now have to purchase the classic lashes again at my own expense. It feels unjust to bear this financial burden when the missing items were not my fault. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has hindered my progress in the course.
