Bad purchase. Ripped off. No 30 Day money back guarantee. Faulty item. Lied to by Ken. Needs calibrated refuse to honour warranty and get someone out to fix issues. Bad service infact no service. Would not recommend to anyone. Treadmill stuck on an incline. False advertising. Be wary off this business they don’t honour warranty or 30 day money back guarantee but they do lie to you. Ripped off $1384.00
