When buying coffee, my least preference is to buy it online. I like to speak to the staff, understand the different blends and choose one that meets my preferences.
With the shop closed on the weekends , I had to resort to buying online and I was lucky I bought a blend that I liked. But it could easily have gone wrong. Online sales are convenient but they do no provide customers with a personalised experience and I’m my case, I’m not sure I’ll be sticking around.
