The initial Spartan discount offer, cleverly put me on a subscription re-order, which was not made clear when I ordered the first 6 bottles. When I was then charged for a further 6 month subscription and I informed Spatan, that I did not sign up for the subscription, I was informed that it was too late to cancel the order, as it had been processed already. Even though I e mailed them on the day I was informed of the re-supply. This is a hard sell product that doesn't work!!

I have been waiting for a month to receive my order and it hasn’t shown up. The tracking number says it should have been delivered but no other tracking information is available other than the label was created. I have reached out and the response I get is my order is “processing”. I’m not sure what that means, but after a month I would expect my order to be processed and shipped. I’m very disappointed at the customer service, especially at the cost of the product.
