The shopping experience is really unpleasant. I only wanted the shampoo. And when I reordered, again I only wanted the shampoo.
But both times, I was held hostage, forced to watch a never-ending infomercial about other products to enhance and complement my shampoo.
At the very least, this company should allow us an option to skip or close the video and finish the purchase. They have no right to force a 15 minutes infomercial on us in the middle of checkout. So disrespectful.
