You need to change your shipping company. I had two orders filled by Spartan and BOTH times there was a shipping issue. The first time, it went to a completely different STATE! The second time, I'm 100% sure that it just wasn't delivered as no product ever arrived (despite DHL saying that it had been "delivered").
