I wish the editing process could've been a little quicker, but I understand that it was Christmas and my edits were very detailed. Overall, very happy with how the product turned out.

Overall, it was OK. I definitely expected more than what it was. It looked like it was AI generated so kind of disappointed about that. I wanted it to be a gift for loved ones of a loved one, but I was disappointed with it and I kinda ended up wasting my money because I didn’t get it printed out and it just see my emails now.

We ordered this quite late for Xmas, but the turnaround was pretty quick. When we saw the first drawing, we asked for some adjustments which initially they wanted me to pay extra for. But when I pointed out that I had asked for specific things, like haircut style in my original order, and I was happy to lose a t shirt style (which I hadn't specified in my original order) they made a couple of those minor changes for free and resent it really quickly. The second drawing was great. Quick delivery.

Great experience all around ...every person and pet was recognizable, drawing was done within a couple of days. I asked for one tweak which was approved, but it wasn't really implemented the way I asked. However, overall we love our poster and are very happy.

You guys do a great job! The communication is great. I only had one issue, I placed my order on Black Friday, and the app would not allow me to put in details I wanted for the portrait. I had to wait until the item was finished and ready for approval before I could request details or changes. This led me to pay a small fee, which I willingly paid, because I knew the product would be great in the end. And it was! I will be waiting patiently for my next opportunity to order!
