This was a replacement for a faulty toothbrush. Initial communication excellent but then nothing until a replacement arrived. Would have been good to have had confirmation on receipt and what was happening. Repair? Replacement? Overall good just a bit of tweaking on communication.

Ordered a tube of tooth paste for the older teens and it after a few uses is already escaping from the top of the tube which makes handling charcoal toothpaste quite tricky, it is a shame as the other packaging in a kit was amazing but question if tubes are of the same resilience?
