The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had and I’m always shopping, I didn’t get my merchandise until almost a month later when I paid for express shipping, the items came and they’re all too short as the items appear to be very long , one of the sets I never received and never received a tracking number for it either. I have been requesting a refund but instead they suggested that I get another size and pay $13.99 for each item I need to exchange. SMH makes no sense at all because if I get another size then they would be extremely too big in the waist as I am a tall thicker woman who requires length. Which is why I choose the outfits in the first place. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received the proper service and I spent close to $300 and I can’t even receive common customer service. It’s not liking asking for something for free smh..
