I bought a cowboy hat that wasn't as described. It does not have a 4 inch brim or a leather sweatband. And now you make the return more expensive and I have return it to China?

Delivery time too slow. said I would have by Christmas did not get until 3 days after and that was after sending MANY emails about delivery.

If I could give a zero I would. Actually I haven’t opened the package since I planned on returning. I ordered in early November and they didn’t get here until late January. I reached out several times and asked to cancel since I had to buy elsewhere, to be told they had been shipped and tracking # showed up that day but it sat for 2 weeks before pickup. I obviously couldn’t use the pajamas then since they were Christmas pajamas and since most of the order was for my grandkids they will likely outgrow before next year. Very disappointed.

Would've liked a confirmation of order when we made the order. Did email Chicmatchy for one and they sent it.

Not good at all. I didn’t care for the product and I wanted to return it. I sent several emails asking on how to go about it and I never received a response.

Super cute, but the top was a little itchy and the pants were extremely baggy in the crotch area. Shipping also took about 2 weeks longer than expected delivery date.
