Customer service is not good. They try to pursue you to keep the items but offering a discount or negotiating back and forth about 3/4 times rather than just offering once and once declined move on. Then the store has had my order back for almost a month and still no refund. Klarna even stated they reached out and no response. The price is too high to have this type of customer service. Shein has better service than this.
