Again, return process is not user friendly, and I dont have the time to deal with calling and emailing the service desk. With a prepared return label, customers will have more appetite to try more products. If it is easy to return them, I will not try new stuff easily, unless I absolutely have to have it.

Returns are a nightmare with various back and forth emails with confusing options. There is no return slip and return parcels for someone like me in the NY/NJ area go to California. My cost was $67 to send back 2 suits I ordered in different colors and sizes. I kept one suit and have yet to see the correct return weeks later for the 2 I returned. Actually loved the fit and quality but could not deal with the return cost and hassle risk of ordering from this brand again.
