I ordered the pants online after discovering the owners Thread account & then going to her website. I had questions & she kindly responded quickly via email. She gave me great instructions & I was able to pick up the pants at my leisure at a unique shared business space/warehouse called Shedpoint. Shedpoint was a bit of a maze but a kind woman I met there led me to the pick up spot where I found my pants neatly bagged & labeled with my name. Now that I know the process it’ll be super easy next time.
