I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. Unfortunately my first machine had a factory defect preventing the gas bottle from being installed. As soon as Twenty-39 were made aware of the issue, they sent a new machine. Once the new one arrived, I returned the original faulty one and they covered the return postage.
