Do not order from this company!!! I had a horrible experience. The product came in damaged, but they will not give me a refund because they said I did not follow the return policy, which I did. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but they will not let me. If you need to return anything, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, not them. They have screwed me out of close to $900.

Thought the idea of your panels was amazing.
The image I ordered was not the image delivered.
Product delivered with no instructions, just numbered panels. I was told by customer servcice since I didnt follow the number placement my confusion "escapes their hands" in responsiblity (and helping me.) When letting you know there was some damage to some panels I was told ("not damaged by us and wasnt reported") were unable to accept those panels since its not how we delivered them. what a crappy way to treat a customer.
