The shipping was very quick, which I appreciated, but the product itself doesn’t match what’s shown on the website. The vertical wall pictured online looks dense and lush, but the ones I received are noticeably more sparse. Unfortunately, the cost of return postage is too high to make sending them back worthwhile, so I’m stuck with them. Overall, not what I expected.
