Hard to navigate all the options, hard to find the 4step products individually and as a bundle. Hard to figure out where to start /what to try when first visiting the site. Original 4 step product should be more heavily marketed and targeted to children and adults. I also found the 4 levels of hold on the 4 step products to be confusing. I wonder if this could be a 3 step product with only the 4th gel being the difference in hold strength. Busy mom- no time for product tutorials/trainings.
