Paid $100 for expedited shipping. My purchase never showed up. I gave it an extra day and it never showed up and I still hadn’t received an email with an update or to explain the reason why. I reached out to them to find out where the Hell my order was and they did respond and let me know it was out of stock. Obviously I demanded a refund of my expedited shipping costs and they agreed and refunded me promptly. I received my order whenever they were able to get to it a couple weeks later.
