I am a first time shopper, and a last time shopper. I attempted to resolve my issue with the dress in bran new condition as I only tried it on once for a few minutes and it smelled horrible. It does not fit. It's marketed as one size fits all and it is extremely revealing and isn't suitable to be worn in public. The customer service agent simple said it's non refundable, and that I should have known the dress would have high slits, and there was no attempt to resolve my issues or concerns.
