I had to exchange my harnesses and collars for a different size and the process was explained very clearly and was easy to follow to make sure the correct process was done in order for the exchange. Communication was so great at every step of the process. We are very happy with our collars, harnesses and leads. These products are by far the best we have used for our two dogs.
