I believe it was the owner of the company that was corresponding with me to resolve a minor issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience! Your company is amazing and I will be an ambassador of sorts by directing guys that asks me about my golf bag to your website. Adding a qr code on the bag that takes people directly to the site would definitely lead to impulse buys. Im just saying
