Bad when I reached out to customer support about an issue the first time they said they would fix the issue but didn’t. so I reached out again and they said they would fix it again but it then didn’t so I messaged the same chat and then 3 or 4 days later it shipped. Mind you the whole time whoever is messaging me is using terrible grammar. saying “u” instead of “you” which was just very unprofessional like the whole experience.
