The first rig you sent would not charge when plugged in. The replacement worked for a time, but now it does not charge via plug either and the first rig you sent does not even turn on, even when equipped with batteries charged fully in an external charger. Clearly, the issue is in the wiring of the rig. The batteries themselves work perfectly. I suspect that you have been selling a faulty batch of products.
