After speaking to customer service, who were very helpful, I ordered online. There was a hiatus with delivery since Amazon Mail took it to Glasgow instead of South Yorkshire and then returned it to sender. However a second propagator was swiftly sent and arrived very quickly. So my only beef is with Amazon Mail. I'd like to suggest a more reliable delivery sevice would be preferable.
