was very excited to purchase the Complete Set Universal Bar and I was even more excited to unbox my purchase, but once I opened my box, I was very disappointed to discover that the two foot straps that are included in the Complete Set weren't included in my box which make the Long resistance bands (that were actually included) competely useless. I have email this company 2 weeks ago and have received nothing back.
