Placed order on January 5, thinking that was ample time to get the blanket to my son on his birthday, January 31. I have not received my instruction package yet, I even paid for the hassle free shipping to insure it would be the easiest way for me. It should have been but mistakes were made and communication was stopped, no apology, and no other attempt to send me a package except through email, in spite of me explaining my health issues and unable to print or drive to the library to print it there. I had to call my son and ask him to send me the package. So far, very disappointed with this company.
