I felt that the time between my order and reception of my prepaid mailing label, 2 weeks, was overlong. Also, since you were pretty finicky about how to prepare the shirts for mailing, I was surprised that the text from one of the shirts ran horizontally, rather than the vertical orientation on the shirt from which it was cut.
