My quilt is no better than normal washes with a quality down-wash cleaner. ZERO improvement in loft. The only visible changes were its return in a different box and bag, and the $84.99 removed from my bank account. $74.99 plus an extra $10 "..because it requires extra love and attention to recover loft. We anticipate 2-3 additional cleaning cycles." I was hopeful and took a chance. I should have used the $85 toward a new quilt that does not use the Downtek fill.
