Had a bit of a run around, specially with the lady who first answered my calls and messages and she got quite rude and she had quite a heavy foreign like accent. ( I don't mean it in a bed way though but she never have a name either) But the last lady I dealt with was very nice and knows how to deal with customers...maybe you should hire more people like her.
