The shop assistant was preoccupied with other things, i felt like i did not get my full individualised experience as a first time customer coming there. Even when i was asking advice about the hair itself she didn’t seem to know the different types of hair. I asked for the lace to be cut, and “styled” the hair was not neat, and was not properly ironed out for the styling price i paid. For the price i paid i honestly believe i deserved good hair. The assistants make snide remarks about customers.
