Overall a good experience. When my first order appeared to have been lost in the mail, they shipped out another as soon as possible no questions asked.
Just unhappy with the fit of my 2nd pair of shoes. Since they’re a similar style I assumed they would fit the same as my first pair which I adore. But they’re so tight they hurt my feet.

Communication with my order was not ideal. I placed the order online and received a confirmation email. I waited for a shipping email, but it wasn't coming so after almost 2 weeks I sent an email to Harmonica to check on my order. The shoes I had originally ordered were out of stock and they just missed letting me know. In the end they offered me a different pair of shoes of a higher price point, but at the same cost to me as my original order. I accepted and was satisfied with that outcome.
