Package was lost and anodic customer care was mostly "we did our part" I had to escalate through PayPal but they did come through in the end and sent another package and I love the harness. Then they showed up. The purple color was actually red, but I am fine with that. It looks good. I’m happy overall. The price I paid was more than the price advertised.
