I still give 5 stars because their products are fantastic but I ordered a jug or powder only to find out it has milk in it. I paid over $75 and wanted to be able to return it but never heard back. I think the products are wonderful…communication isnt the greatest.

I would give them a 3.5 but hey it is what is, I am disappointed. Their products for the most part are good. I recently had a problem with the shipment. I paid extra seven or ten dollars for my shipment to come in 2-4 business days but because it is not next day air they completely disregarded my shipping request. Stating it would be process in 5 business days. Now if a customer is paying extra, that should be taken in consideration regardless if it is not next day air.
