I've used them repeatedly to send gifts to my aged parents. Whilst relatively mediocre value for money, they HAVE been completely reliable.

Easy to navigate website

You ruined my anniversary gift, you lied to me about giving me a refund and you refuse to email me back!

I ordered on the 8th Their site said order by the 19th and you'll get in time for Christmas. She still hasn't received her gift and its the 23rd. No one can tell me when it will get delivered or if it ever will Worst service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Products were melted to liquid when delivered by hot Star track truck. Not safe to eat. Wasted money.

Easy and prompt delivery

First time ordering hamper from your site,but disappointed as items I ordered were missing, there was no clear explanation on site for example..for varieties option I thought you would get all the varities for the chosen product, not the company selecting one product from the variety pack to supply in the hamper. And chocolate variety I also ordered for the hamper had no variety in it, most were snickers, Mars and Milk chocolate. So overall disappointed with my purchase.

Poor after service

Easy to do.

Went to a hotel for a birthday, ordered early with express post. The courier forgot a package so never delivered it on time. Can’t ever ring through to the company so only emails and your lucky to get an email on the same day… kept being told we would receive it on time but I still haven’t got the package. I now have to make a trip all the way back to Townsville to pick up our birthday items.. so don’t even know how it looks.. We live 4 hours from Townsville so may as well say goodbye to prezzie

Hello, it has been a tremendous failure with this Christmas gift. 1st , I am the one who send the hamper to David as a thank you note. 2nd David had no clue who sent the hamper 3rd Friday morning when I was registering online and paid with PayPal, The website close down, I immediately phoned Tastebuds and explained to the person I raised with that I could not finish updating my credentials. Over the phone I updated my credentials with my thank you message to David. The person who I spoke to as

It was hard to add additional gifts. I found myself flopping around the website for some time to get my order just how I wanted it. I would have put 1/2 a star if I could for 2.5
