Generally we were very happy and will use again. The gift box was beautifully presented and arrived in WA in perfect condition. The only disappointing aspect was the greeting card did not contain any message. Communication was great and I noticed this error before it was delivered so was able to get our son to write our message in the card.

Truly disappointed with the whole experience. Selected an exact date to be delivered, to then realise it was sent earlier than the recipients birthday. Ruined the surprise. Was then having to scramble with other family members interstate, to hunt it down, as it was sent to a parcel lockup, melting in the Adelaide sun. Don’t waste your time, go with Edible Blooms instead.
