Unfortunately one of the struts we received was defective. We installed it and immediately heard noises in the front end. We didn't think it could be the brand new strut so we took it back to the dealership and they diagnosed it as the strut. I called Strut Masters and the customer service rep was less than friendly about the situation. After sending them my invoice and diagnosis from the dealer, they shipped me a new strut.
