The order and the order experience were tiring and left me with a meh. The actual blanket said Queen, but it looks more like a full, which left me with a bad taste in my mouth. But the bigger issue was the delivery experience. I placed the order on 11/23, a shipping label was made on 11/24, and allegedly shipped on 11/26, and finally got it on 12/13, 17 days after shipping. The shipping was supposed to be 5-8 day shipping. The shipping company yall used didn’t update for days
