Worst customer service ever. I'll never do business with company again. After 15 days, product had not shipped. Tried to cancel order and was told it had "already gone out." They lied. It wasn't shipped for another 10 days after being told it had shipped. Could return but don't trust them to be honest and give credit. 1 star but deserves less.

Less than 25 hrs acter placing order for what I thought was the black pro love blanket I realized somehow it got switched to the white. I emailed immediately and the response i got was sorry your order is already processed. Funny thing is it didn't ship for another week or 10 days a d it took over er 3 weeks from day I ordered to receive the order so the blanket could have been switched to the black which is what I wanted.

The blankets are decent construction is fine. However, both of the Queen sized blankets i ordered came in 10 inches too narrow on both and due to company policy, ALL returns or exchange shipping is at the customers expense, to china. Meaning I would have to shell out $140 to return manufacturer defective products, and they would not even process the return or exchanges untill they received the item. No offers if really rectification, just to send it back or shut up. Better off going to Slapsh.
