The love blanket blocks splashes and gushes just fine. My only reservation is with the fleece side of the blanket it feels synthetic and irregular

Size matters

Took super long and I was missing the two pillows and the two books that I was supposed to receive. I ordered two blankets.

The Love Blanket and pillow were delivered promptly but the books have not been delivered.

Everything went great. Purchasing, shipping, delivery, and use.

Like I said I just got the blanket. None of the other free stuff as promised.

Waterproof but very plastic feeling.

Haven’t received my blanket and haven’t been able to get a refund either. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of.

Did not ship everything in one go

Not good customer service. Accidently ordered the wrong one and they wouldn't change the order saying it had already been shipped. It didn't get shipped for another two weeks.

The blanket itself is fantastic! I wish I had ordered larger sizes, but I’m happy overall because my boyfriend and I each have one at our respective places, which helps keep our beds dry. However, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. I discovered this company through Instagram and later realized there’s a more popular company with the same name that this one seems to mimic. There was a significant delay in processing and shipping my order. When I reached out to customer service, I received a response starting with “heyyyyyyy,” which felt highly unprofessional. This raised red flags for me, and I also found that the company operates out of the country, with shipping that was untrackable for weeks. I would recommend the blanket itself but suggest purchasing from a more reliable company. To improve, this business should adopt more professional communication (e.g., starting emails with “Hello” instead of “heyyyyyyy”) and consider using reputable shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The overall experience gave off bad vibes, which could easily be avoided with better customer service and shipping practices.

It never arrived

Use better delivery option that sends photos or delivery not just an email an hour later.

I did not receive the other things, just the Loveblanket. I sent 2 emails to deal with this with no response. Not happy with customer service.

My love blanket took a while to come although it was purchased in the beginning of the month. The product itself works great and is very soft. I also never received all of my items and have emailed the company about it and never got an answer back.
