Why did you not cancel my order (#LBS35244) when I first informed you on January 23, 2025? I followed up on January 28, 2025, and despite multiple emails, my request was completely ignored. Instead of acknowledging my cancellation request, you only responded about a shipping delay, which was irrelevant to my concern.
Due to your failure to process my cancellation request, the order was still shipped and delivered on February 1, 2025. I also attempted to call the number listed on your website, but the call never connected. Now, you are expecting me to cover the return costs without providing a prepaid return label, even though the mistake was on your end.
Since you have refused to address this issue properly, I have registered a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario regarding your lack of communication, failure to honor my cancellation request, and the unreasonable burden of return shipping costs.
