Awful product. Not at all like advertised. Got a cardboard engraving instead of real seaglass like they advertised. Throwing in trash

FYI…..
Anyone who follows this page, Barods, and considers purchasing this ornament, prepare to be disappointed.
I paid 30 plus dollars after shipping for this item.
When I received it earlier this week, I was very upset by the quality.
It’s NOT SEA GLASS. It’s a plastic tree with a sticker on each side.
I sent a complaint to the company, they replied by telling me since it’s a monogrammed item, they can offer me a 10% refund.
I told them a 10% refund was a slap in the face…..
please

BUYER BEWARE!!!!I ordered a Seaglass ornament back in the middle of October. It has never arrived. I have complained and asked for my money back and they have assured me that they’re rushing me a new ornament and so far that has not come. I’m pretty sure this is a hoax and I am out my money and it will never be replaced.
