I paid 30 plus dollars after shipping for this item.
When I received it earlier this week, I was very upset by the quality.
It’s NOT SEA GLASS. It’s a plastic tree with a sticker on each side.
I sent a complaint to the company, they replied by telling me since it’s a monogrammed item, they can offer me a 10% refund.
I told them a 10% refund was a slap in the face…..
