Easy to pay but slow response to emails don’t was hard to know when the product would arrive. The tracking detail once in the UK was unclear as well. One message made it appear the product had been delivered but it was only confirming UK delivery not delivery to our address. Took too long to arrive and maybe it was our fault for not understanding but if I’d realised it would take more than 2 weeks to get here I probably wouldn’t have ordered.
