I was shocked that my payment information was somehow retrieved without me entering it. When I then saw it was being collected by someone in Croatia, I did think this was all a scam. I would like to know from whom or what you retrieved this information. Also, full disclosure of having a non-US agent involved in the billing process would have alleviated a lot of anxiety!
