I placed my order on 11/25/25 for an XL cap. It finally arrived on 12/16/25, but the cap is NOT an XL as I had ordered.
I have emailed your support email address three times since receiving the wrong cap and still have not received an email or a phone call.
Extremely disappointing customer service, or lack there of, considering you claim to be a “faith based” company.
Can someone please contact me to correct this issue?
