It took over 27 days from order date to delivery for my hats. I understand that Christmas is a busy time, so longer wait times is expected. I ordered 2 hats for Christmas on 12/1, and didn’t receive them until 12/27. I sent two different emails to inquire about my order, but both times the reply from OTG was an email with 10 FAQ’s. I was disappointed that neither inquiries were answered by a real person. I love your product, but your customer service and communication needs work.
